“Please note that the prices of copper and aluminum sheets and ingots are subject to daily market fluctuations. The prices listed on our website may differ from the actual prices at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming the current price before placing your order to ensure accuracy.”
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
• The minimum order quantity is 5,000kgs.
Payment Terms
• Orders are only accepted with advance payment.
• Full payment must be received before the goods are dispatched.
• Order need to be placed via call or email, Payments can be made via bank transfer or other specified methods.
Delivery Terms
• Delivery will be made 1 week after full payment is received.
• Goods will be delivered on an FOB (Free on Board) basis from our factory.
• The delivery is considered complete once the goods leave our factory premises.
Refund, Cancellations & Exchange Policy
• Refunds: No refunds will be provided once the order has been dispatched or the production of custom products has started.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts or the goods are dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted unless the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
